SUGGESTED MENUS
Although each event, from rehearsal dinner, to reception, to morning after breakfast, is customized to reflect the couple's personal tastes, wedding theme, season, venue, etc., below are some sample menus that showcase the creativity and culinary depth of the Bistro Catering chefs.

CHEF'S TASTING MENU
One example of this type of reception features a "Chef's Tasting" menu. Each course is presented on a platter or in a bowl. Guests then pass the platters around the table allowing everyone to sample as little or as much as they want. Guests can either be seated traditionally or in small, informal seating areas created by using sofas, high backed chairs, bistro tables, and area rugs.
